Angela DaRosa is the newest member of the Breathe CA Board of Directors and brings over 13 years of experience in the field of air quality and climate change. She is currently the Division Manager/Air Quality Specialist for Raney Planning & Management, Inc., a private environmental planning consulting firm based in Sacramento. As Division Manager, Angela oversees daily operations, and provides project management and oversees preparation of numerous CEQA and NEPA compliance documents for various clients and projects throughout California. As Air Quality Specialist, Angela contributes her environmental engineering background by leading the air quality team in the preparation of numerous complex air quality and greenhouse gas analyses for a wide range of project types. Angela has worked closely with a number of air districts throughout the State and has also been involved in the preparation of climate action plans for local jurisdictions.

Angela is a proud soon-to-be graduate of the Leadership Sacramento program (Class of 2023). In her “spare” time, you will likely find Angela cheering on her kids, nieces, and nephews at sporting events, taking dance classes, enjoying local wine tasting, or on a leisurely walk or bike ride with her family. She is passionate about the environment and eager to put her knowledge and experience into such a distinguished organization.
