Asthma Collaborative

The Asthma Collaborative is a partnership between health professionals and community members looking to improve outcomes for people with asthma in our region. The Collaborative meets quarterly to discuss new resources, update informational materials, and coordinate outreach and education activities in the community.

The Asthma Collaborative is also charged with teaching our Parent Asthma Classes, which are offered at no cost to low-income parents at five sites in Sacramento thanks to generous funding from Kaiser Permanente and the UC Davis Health System.

Are you a health professional or community member passionate about asthma? We would love to have your voice on the Asthma Collaborative! Please contact Carol Maytum for information on upcoming meetings.
