Rebecca the Adventurer

Rebecca always enjoyed outdoor activities. But from age 5 on, she couldn’t because she was constantly in the emergency room for horrible, allergy-induced asthma. It felt like the cobwebs in her lungs continuously held her back. When Rebecca started taking daily preventive Singulair medicine in adulthood, she felt liberated, like the world was her oyster – she could travel anywhere with her asthma under control! She now rock climbs every week, and recently backpacked and kayaked in New Zealand for two weeks. Rebecca says asthma is nasty, but it’s very possible to live a full, wonderful life in spite of it!
